Each week, we’ll explore a rich seasonal theme through a tapestry of practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional flow, creative spark, and deep inner stillness. These sessions go beyond the mat, offering tools to carry into your daily life.

Thematic inspiration: woven from threads of Sanskrit philosophy, Buddhism, TCM, Taoism, elemental wisdom, and chakra energy
Gentle movement: Yin, Vinyasa, or Restorative (aligned with the theme)
Pranayama: breath practices for clarity and calm
Sound: from collaborative vocal play to immersive sound baths
Stillness: silent meditation or restful savasana
Reflection: guided journaling, gratitude, or take-home prompts

29th May: The Quiet Voice Within – Cultivating silence, mindfulness, and deep listening
5th June: Breathe Easy – Breath as a gateway to presence, vitality, and emotional clarity. Midway reflection.1 week break
19th June: Build the Fire – Igniting inner energy and creative resilience
26th June: Sound as Support – Voice, vibration, resonance & the power of subtle expression
3rd July: Inner Listening – Yin, deep rest, and the art of receptivity
10th July: Reflection & Ritual – Integration, intention-setting, and a closing sound ceremony
