    Beginning his career in fitness and evolving through decades of study in yoga, breathwork, and body-based healing, Mark’s journey has been one of constant refinement and deep personal evolution. Today, his approach bridges modern science with ancient wisdom—helping people like you move from a life of striving into one of ease, freedom, and embodied purpose.

    As a globally certified Breathwork Facilitator and Senior Yoga Teacher, Mark brings over 1,000 hours of professional training, along with his role on the Executive Committee of the Australian Breathwork Association. But what truly sets him apart is his ability to create a safe, grounded space for transformation—where nervous system healing, emotional release, and spiritual reconnection happen organically.

With over 25 years in the health and wellness industry, Gina’s journey began with the grace of classical ballet and has since evolved into a dynamic career spanning personal training, Pilates, Barre, and holistic movement—both in Australia and internationally.

    At the heart of Gina’s teaching is her signature energy: vibrant, empowering, and deeply authentic. She blends her background in ballet with her expertise in fitness to deliver dynamic classes that awaken both body and spirit. Her specialties—Barre Form, Sculpt & Sweat, and Mat Pilates—are high-energy, music-driven sessions designed to ignite confidence and deliver a full-body burn that feels as joyful as it is effective.
