Founder

Gina is the Founder of Breathe Movement Studios and has a passion for health and fitness.  With over 25 years of experience in the industry which started out with classical ballet training, to working as personal trainer in Los Angeles and Europe.  

Gina has a passion for Barre as she loves the opportunity to combine the dance element with a fun overall body workout.  

Expect a full body workout with great music.  

Gina teaches Barre Form, Sculpt & Sweat & Pilates Mat classes at our Sydney Studio.

Victoria

Reformer & Mat Pilates

(Viki) is originally from the Ukraine, arriving in Australia just over a year ago.

Spending many years travelling the world as a professional dancer, along with owning her own fitness company in the Ukraine, where she taught TRX, HIT, Pilates, Barre Stretching & Mobility Classes

Holding a Bachelors & Masters Degree in Olympic & Professional Sports along with a Master of Port of Rhythmic Gymnastics, Viki is also a fully qualified in Pilates Mat, Reformer & Cadillac Pilates instructor.

Her passion in life is to pass on the joy of movement and help people feel the benefits afterwards.

She is a big fan of traveling and experiencing new cultures, people.

Her clients nickname her the Angel of steel, as she makes them work hard with a smile, kindness and love...

Viki's class will be a great workout delivered with a lot of passion..

Naomi

Reformer Pilates

Naomi, moved to Australia recently from Italy and is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates enthusiast, radiating a profound passion for the practice and a keen desire to share it with others.

Having personally undergone the transformative power of Pilates, over the past six years, Naomi devotes herself to Pilates, immersing in its principles and continually broadening her understanding of its benefits. Now in her "let’s add some pulses" era, a guaranteed blend of intensity and enjoyment awaits.

Her classes are for the Pilates enthusiast who love to challenge themselves.

Nikki

Reformer Pilates & Barre

Originally from the US, she moved to Australia after living in Europe & Asia.

Nikki is a certified Pilates and Barre instructor with a background in counselling.

She is passionate about nurturing the mind-body connection through movement and empowering others to find balance and strength. She loves creating great workouts to challenge and improve your endurance and strength.

Expect dynamic workouts and motivating playlists to leave you energised and uplifted!

Lottie

Ballet

Lottie first began dancing at 2 years of age. Originally from the UK she has trained at many prestigious institutes such as The Royal Ballet School and Northern Ballet Theatre.

At 18 she began training at full time performing Arts School Emil Dale Academy where she trained for 3 years.

Lottie has been teaching ballet in various settings for the last 4 years and now having moved to Sydney is excited to continue this. She aims to bring the joy of dance to people of all ages and levels of experience.

Song

Yoga

Song is a certified Yoga Instructor and a personal trainer. Her passion for fitness started from a young age as a sprinter and relay runner.

She has twenty years’ experience with different types of yoga, and since 2021 she has been sharing the power of yoga with private clients and small groups.

Her Vinyasa Flow focuses on techniques and alignments for safe and longevity yoga.

Song will lead you through a flowing set of poses with rhythm and controlled breathing to energise you, boost your metabolism, and help you have better sleep.

Expect a wonderful experience when joining Song on the mat.

Katharine

Reformer & Mat Pilates

Katharine has been teaching Pilates for many years and has a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science and Dance Degree. She has an extensive background in teaching group fitness classes, Dance and Physical Education.

As a natural progression from an early career as a professional dancer and physical education teacher, Katharine was one of the first people to teach Pilates within the health club setting in Australia and was instrumental in the early development of 'Group Reformer classes' in Sydney. She has a keen interest in exercise rehabilitation having worked in Physiotherapy practices and enjoys developing programs to meet clients specific health and fitness goals.

Katharine has developed and written several Fitness NSW Accredited Pilates Instructor training programs. She has also presented Pilates workshops at the ECA World Fitness Convention in New York and FILEX Fitness Conventions in Sydney and represented Australia at the FISAF International World Sport Aerobics and Fitness Championships in Ghent, Belgium.

Her classes are dynamic, based on traditional Pilates with a strong focus on flow, technique, alignment and getting a full body workout.

Mary Kate

Yoga

Mary Kate, a southern California native, moved to Australia in 2015 to scuba dive after studying Marine Biology at UCLA. In 2019, a life of sports and injuries called for a change of pace, so she dove into her yoga practice and completed her 500HR Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training in Byron Bay.

Along her 14 year journey with yoga, she has found that through learning the language of the mind, body, heart, and soul, we can become the medicine that we seek and she is passionate about empowering others through this lense.

She sees yoga as an art form that allows us to weave together science and spirituality, movement and stillness, and discipline and play.

In today's go-go-go world, yoga creates the space to truly meet ourselves, so that we can engage fully with life as an act of rebellion and sacred service.
