Drawing on the work of body-based therapy and modern somatic psychology, this workshop explores how emotional experiences are stored in the body as muscular tension and breath restriction. You’ll be guided through breathwork, bioenergetic movement, and gentle inquiry to reveal and release these patterns.
Together, we’ll explore how character structures form as protective responses—and how awareness, breath, and presence can soften the armour to reveal the self beneath the surface. -
